I’m Pei-pei, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I started writing Live to SW{EAT} in 2015 as way to capture some of the best of my experiences in the Bay Area and beyond. My early posts are about workouts, hikes, food and travel that I enjoyed with new and old friends.

Now that I have revived this blog and am writing again in 2019, I want to focus on sharing experiences with health, wellness, fitness (SWEAT) and cooking, baking, dining out (EAT).
